Project Description:
Pulte Homes planned a residential development project, Orinda Grove, in the City of Orinda that will include 69 new residential buildings, a playing field, and an administrative complex for Orinda Union School District.

WRECO assisted Pulte Homes with the following tasks: hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the project existing and proposed conditions, design of project stormwater treatment system, preparation of a Stormwater Control Plan to demonstrate the project's compliance with Provision C.3 of the Contra Costa Clean Water Program's NPDES permit, coordination with the City of Orinda and other stakeholders regarding drainage and stormwater treatment, and application for an encroachment permit for installation of a storm drain line that runs through the State Route 24 right-of-way.
